B.F.Tech from NIFT Delhi. Five years in textile manufacturing, product development, and retail — including international apparel brands. Systems thinking before it had that name.

2020

The turning point

A design thinking workshop mid-career. The realization that understanding people was already part of the work — and that there were rigorous methods for doing it better.

2021-23

MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Indiana University

UX research, emerging technology, VR and voice interfaces. Capstone: a VR experience for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, in partnership with Eli Lilly and a postpartum support organization.

2023-26

Innovation Partner, US nonprofit

Led user research, service design, facilitation, and organizational innovation across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

2026

Founded Soraxis in India

Built on the conviction that research-grounded, human-centered strategy shouldn't only be available to organizations large enough to have an in-house innovation function.
